1. Event Registration Cancellation

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 7 days before the event to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within less than 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Subscription and Service Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but payments already made are non-refundable.

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if canceled within the first 30 days.
